What does your role entail?
I was part of the project management team that launched the Woodhorn Farm milk vending project. Now that it’s up and running I support Graham with the day-to-day work such as milk processing at Reeds farm and keeping the Oving Cow Shed well stocked with delicious milk, produce, shakes & coffee.

How long have you worked here?
I have lived on the farm since 2008 when my husband Cameron came to work at Woodhorn, but only recently joined the team myself to help with the launch of the milk vending operation. So far, so good!

What makes this such a special place to work?
The agricultural sector can be a tough place to work sometimes as there are so many factors that can challenge you on a regular basis, but Woodhorn offers us so much in return – a beautiful & peaceful place to live & work. It’s only ten minutes away from the city centre but feels like a million miles away from the hustle & bustle, like a rural retreat. We also have a great team who support each other and some great banter that keeps us entertained.

When you're not working, what will we find you doing?
As a working mum, it may not surprise you to learn that when I’m not working I’m relaxing. That usually entails a spot of Pilates, a long walk with Andy, our black Labrador; and the occasional Gin and tonic!
