PAS100 Compost

Our high quality PAS100 compost is produced in West Sussex and is ready for bulk collection or delivery directly from our sites at competitive prices.

Each year we divert up to 100,000 tonnes of green waste from landfill to produce high quality, rich, organic, peat free PAS100 composts and British Standard topsoils. Our sites process the green waste over a 10-14 week cycle of shredding, mulching, grading and composting; using naturally generated heat to kill off bacteria and create the perfect soils for a range of construction and landscaping projects including:

  • Domestic gardens
  • Horticulture
  • Commercial planting
  • Farming
  • Vineyards
  • Public parks
Lawn and Bench

With our own award-winning organic dairy herd located at one of our sites, we can also draw in nutrient rich cow manure to create a compost which is ideal for vigorous root, shoot, and bud growth in roses, vegetables, fruit and herbaceous borders.

PAS100 compost and mulches are also used for:

  • Slow release of nutrients
  • Weed suppression
  • Improving drainage
  • Aeration
  • Breaking down heavy, clay soils
  • Adding body to light, sandy soils

Once the composting process is complete, we screen our products to a range of different sizes subject to their intended use. We then work with our clients to develop the ideal product for their project, whether that is as a compost, soil conditioner, mulch or blended to create British Standard topsoils.

All of our compost products are PAS100, certified for use in organic systems, peat free and made from entirely natural organic matter.

Our composts are carefully produced and quality checked to provide a safe, high-quality product. As they are made from natural recycled materials, there’s a small possibility that the occasional foreign object or plant material may be present.
