How & where to use this product:
1.      General garden and horticultural use

2.    Turf establishment - Earth Cycle Compost top dressed on soil 15-20mm thick before the turf is laid, will help retain moisture and give roots the nutrients they need.

3.    Lawn repair - Earth Cycle compost and soil mixed together is ideal for repairing damaged lawn areas prior to seeding and watering.

4.    Container/Potting - Can be used for potting-on shrubs and plants.

5.    Tree planting - Helps promote root structure and contains vital nutrients helping the tree to establish.
Care must be taken with some ericaceous plants such as Camelias, rhodedendrons etc. Composts above 6.5 pH will adversely affect the growth of plants requiring an acid soil. However a lower rate of compost can be used e.g. 15% by volume as long as the other component in the mix are not alkaline over pH7.
The Earth Cycle have now achieved Pas 100 status on its Compost products. This means our customers can be confident that we are providing a top quality tested product, that has been monitored every step of the process and conforms to the Composting Associations tough standards.
